Before we get started, as usual... Let's learn a little about Coco Chanel!

"Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel was born August 19, 1883 and passed away January 10, 1971. She was a French fashion designer and founder of the Chanel brand. She is the only fashion designer listed on Time magazine's  list of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. Along with Paul Poiret. Chanel was credited with liberating women from the constraints of the "corseted silhouette" and popularizing the acceptance of a sportive, casual chic as the feminine standard in the post-World War I era. A prolific fashion creator, Chanel's influence extended beyond couture clothing. Her design aesthetic was realized in jewelry , handbags, and fragrance. Her signature scent, Chanel No.5, has become an iconic product."

As you can see in many of her photos Coco's signature statement jewelry was always the strands of pearls. She would always double up. This trend has definitely become huge in this day and age. A lot of fashionistas have been going for the junky necklace look. Which is just 2 or more necklaces on at the same time! Below, and above, Coco accomplishes this look!

Coco was also known for her signature hats! Big, small, or floppy, Coco made it work!

In the above photo Coco introduces to the world the tweed Business suit which is still to this day, very popular in street style and business casual wear.

Every girl at some point in ther lives should own a little black dress! Coco Chanel made this fashion fact very known to Fashionistas across the world!

Coco is seen is pictured in the photo above showing the neck scarf statement. Scarfs are huge in fashion now! In all colors, sizes, and styles! It always gives a classic flair.
